Welcome to Kaato by Kaitsu — I’m Kai, a Brit-Japanese bar chef mixing Helsinki life with cocktails, culture, and a hint of chaos. From classic pours to quirky originals, this is where stories are shaken and stirred — always with a splash of Sora somewhere nearby.

Pull up a seat, grab a glass — you’ve just stepped into a cozy little corner of the internet where cocktails meet culture, and bartending is more than just pouring drinks. Whether you’re here to shake up your skills, find a new favourite recipe, or just scroll through for a bit of inspiration (and the occasional Shiba Inu cameo), you’re in good company.

Here you’ll find classic drinks with a twist, tips from behind the bar, flavour pairings, seasonal sips, and a few kitchen experiments that may or may not have gotten out of hand. It’s all part of the pour.
